The Plot Thickens: Libyan Nuke Program Materials Missing

Here is an interesting story:

That can't be good.

Although the story makes it seem like the machines were antiquated anyways. But even a small nuke would ruin everyones day.
I'm sure this isn't the first time this has happened. Ever since the USSR broke up I'm sure there have been cases like this. What scares me is the fact that the story says that they have already confiscated 1000's of machines like these particular ones. Just how many of these things are there? And how many more haven't we found and where are they?
