Supposedly a humanoid goblin creature according to the witness.
I've read some comments on the youtube video, most of the people just dismiss the possibility completely.
Interesting footage nevertheless, thought it was cool to share.

peace.

This is clearly what that was.

I am glad I could clear that up.

To me it kinda looks like magician,
reminds of the Tolkien mythology, except with high tech.

My imagination just took off, the first time i watched this.
Our world seems so much more interesting, makes you wonder.

It's so indiscernible from the footage...It could be just a bald guy hunched over in a black outfit mumbling to himself in the woods...Or, it could be Gollum modeling next year's Gucci and leading Sam and Frodo to Mordor...Who the heck knows?!

Hey paco, slow it down. Oklahoma's too far west.

From the footage you really can't see if this is anything but a guy in black clothes. That's unfortunate.

The indians always have had legends about these type of things in the woods around there, as well as most of Oklahoma.

I really want to believe in this one, my favorite type of unknown creature.

between 2:28-2:35 look at the physical body behavior..

Its twitching.. Kinda unatural..

I dunno, part of me wants to say cgi, other side just says humpft. I have seem some weird crap in my day so maybe. The physical behavior is what I focus on when it comes to things that do not belong in our nature.. The behavior of the object its make up and how the vibrations within my eyes translate what I am seeing.

I'll see what other member's think before I star and flag this one.

It looks like a male in a black long sleeve shirt walking alone in the woods doing something that I can not speak of. I hope he did not trip on too many fallen trees as he was meandering through the woods.

I could be wrong.

In the opening statement the guy says he heard footsteps - but it's some way off, not very big, not walking on a paved surface, and by the sound of it there's a good breeze blowing.
He says he heard a splash, as if he associates the sound with the thing:- if he could see that it's clothes were dirty how come he didn't see whether it was wet?
As it was wearing clothes I think it's more than likely human - perhaps some socially marginalised sufferer of some disfiguring affliction.

Your forgetting about the most important thing.
The "guy" is blinking blue.
lol

First guess? Uncle Fester is talking a walk through the woods.

Now, if you could see this guy had a "batlike face" and "pointed ears" from that distance, you've got some damn sharp eyes.

Whever I've recorded video using my digital camera it has always made things look much further away than they were in reality. I don't know why that is, but that's probably what's going on here.

With that said, do I think that it's a goblin out for a stroll along the river bank? Of course not. There's no such thing as goblins. It's clearly a hoax.

Interesting none-the-less.

Looks like a person... it appears that he kinda bends down to possibly move somethin' with a stick or something of that nature.
I'm always baffled at how horrible people can be at taking videos.

"Hey, something is in front of me that I'm trying to film! *camera jerkily moves to the side*"

You know, I think that it looks like powder, maybe pin head
or the emperor without his hood
just my input. But seriously, that is kinda weird. I really don't know what to say. It could just be a vagrant, or anybody really.

At first I thought the film was creepy because it looks like some weird goblin guy, I watched it again and it's still creepy but now because it looks like a weird human guy enjoying himself in the woods

The only thing wrong with this explanation is that the person who shot the film says they could make out the 'goblins' features, so I'm sure he would have been able to see if the thing/person was doing anything 'unsavoury'. Then again the person who put up the footage may know it's just someone in a Halloween costume and the story that goeas along with the footage is all fabricated.
