Mystery of Windermere street where gadgets go haywire

strange things happen on Windermere st.car electronics don't work and they don't know why,could be the traffic lights could be ghosts.

pretty cool...may not be the same tehnology but it could have more to do with electrical interference regardless, I had a wire ground today in my house, saw a lot of crazy things it caused, smoking tv's vibrating stereos, and clocks(digital), stuff people would put down to paranormal if it hadn't been followed by the power loss, so maybe not the same tech but can still affect the cars.
