Well, couldn't they just send all those 'heads into space and blow up some asteroids instead of keeping them for nuclear war?

Having access to nuclear bombs has only one purpose, and that is the "scare effect", and I think those bombs are pretty well-secured in the US, but look at countries like Russia which have a great amount of corrupted military leaders and politicans, there is where the problem exists, and think about who might want to buy...

You just gave me nightmares. Though, if everyone's using them to scare people, then eventually this whole thing will boil over when we realize that no one's actually going to use them.
