I use to feel in a rut or depressed for a while and eventually i've trained myself to come out of it quicker and each time it comes i'm out of it
even faster again. each time i remind myself that It is a moment and it is allowed, and that another moment with true happiness will come again, i
also ask myself 'does it raelly matter' as in what is bugging me and these phrases seem to help me clink, breath and move on.
