Yep i know what you are referring to. I had hoped for Colin Powell to run for president! I have always thought he was a just man and was put into a corner...especially holding up the bottle of anthrax at the U.N.

But, to counter the WMD arguement....it goes right into this topic of Iran, in which, international communities are not allowed to inspect facilities to find the true intention of what is going on. Sadam was notorious for allowing inspectors in after weeks of denying them access. I know it's SO WEIRD! The hiding game.....believe what you will if you are that nieve. Strange we did find several chemical weapons that they were not suppose to have. I guess killing off the kurds is ok in your book?

Here's what you're saying. The 'good guys', the ones with the nukes, should take out the 'bad guys', the ones without the nukes? Because they're the 'bad guys' right, the ones that AREN'T doing the attacking?

NOT defending Saddam here, but just adding information..
- Saddam did not allow the inspectors at first because he was an (Arabic Socialist Ba'athist).. and here I am referring to ARABIC.. No Arab would want to give up anything when a gun (war) is pointed to his head. It's just an Arab thing, and all Arabs know what he meant.

- Saddam used chemical weapons against the Kurds and the Shiia a long time ago..

- ISRAEL HAS USED CHEMICAL WEAPONS AND TESTS NEW CHEMICAL WEAPONS IN EVERY WAR.

I don't see America angry about it AT ALL!

I guess we agree on something! The middle east is a complicated matter! Guess why it is the way it is! Years of hatred between countries, groups, religions, etc. I will end with the concern of Isreal attacking Iran. It has happenend before and is shaping up to happen soon! Unfortunate! This will be an unforgiving war if it starts! Many countries involed...the whole middle east, Russia, Europe, China and of course the U.S.

You know what would solve all the spaghetti-like complexity?

TWO OPTIONS:

1. Every person in Israel accepts to live in peace with every palestinian and they all share the land.

2. Every person in Israel goes back to their ORIGINAL country that they came from.

I prefer the second option as I don't think the Palestinians would be comfortable.. It's their land in the end!

I see your piont. I would have to add though that the U.S. has got involved and is involved with Isreal.....They are thier own country and usually we do not agree with them! We try to develop policy to end the dam conflicts in the region! Isreal, to me, seems quick to the gun. Just me, but i've seen it numerous times now and it is about to get the U.S. into a serious war! We have been at war since 2001. I don't want see us invovled in another conflict! I don't agree with Iran's actions, but sactions should be given a shot....not a direct launch by Isreal.

In all wars, countries go for strategic goals.. Making the their opponents give up with minimal civilian casualties on both sides.

ONLY ISRAEL focuses on increasing their opponent's innocent civilian casualties!

That's why it is so hated by most people in the world and that's why it will not make it in that region.

Well good luck with that thought. The U.S. provides them with military equipment and support. Don't think they are going anywhere. Region adapts or they are overcome. BTW, event though the U.S. provides support to Isreal, we are also the ones that say enough while they are crushing the gaza strip and the rest of the terroist regiemes in the area. Weird how Iran provides support to all the terriost in the region. Maybe it is time the U.S. goes and takes down the real target?!

It seems that you think the U.S is invincible! Think again,

The Iraqi movements/terrorists/freedom fighters with all their divisions and their differences seem to be embarrassing the U.S very much!

The U.S citizens are starving and the government seem to be embarrassed VERY MUCH!

The U.S is will stay safe but rest assured (and all military specialists know this).. If Israel attacks Iran, then the following will happen in a few weeks:

- Iran will take control of ALL IRAQ including all foreign military in Iraq.
- Iran will destroy all American bases in the Area..
- GULF OIL EXPORTS WILL STOP!!! (READ THIS AGAIN)
- Shiia militias will uncover, new ones will form, ALL OVER THE MIDDLE EAST..

Well from my point of view something will happen there regardless if we want it or not.

They will either solve their problems alone and fast. Or everything around us might change very fast.

Lets face it the superpowers of today don't give a rats ass about the actual people living there. All this fuss with Iran is for the sole reason and that my friends is Oil.

You see it's pretty simple. Iran has a lot of oil. China's economic development and all their boasting regarding their economy DEPENDS on Iran more than we depend on air.Now the U.S of A wants a piece of the pie. They can't have a piece of the pie since their leader is Ahmadinejad. As tensions between the western powers and China continue to raise , this will be a final blow towards WW3.

Israel attacks Iran. China jumps in..they can't let that oil get away at any cost. Then America jumps in..for known reasons PLUS the piece of the pie. And from there on i believe you can let your imagination finish the rest of the story.

The only thing that many would not agree with is that i believe that Russia will either stay neutral or will jump on our side. Why? Because they want those resources gone. And they know that after it's done we won't be able to pick anything usable from there anymore. Why they want the resources gone? All their future economy is based on their natural reserves of oil and natural gas.

Let's hope this will be handled properly or it will get really really really ugly.
