I'm wondering if installing a dryer lint reclaimer on my electric dryer was a bad idea. With all of the chemicals used in making clothing for instance, Formaldahyde, petrochemical dye fixatives, antimony, disinfectants, bromines halogens, etc. The synthitc fibers like nylon, polyester, acrylics(wich may be carcinogenic), rayon, acetate, triacetates. I'm wondering if I am breathing in lung damaging particles.

I don't understand

Wouldn't a 'drier lint reclaimer' collect the hazards you list
and prevent them from being distributed within your immediate
environment ?

Our drier has a filter which I regularly clean. It collects all the debris. I believe they're mandatory anyway, in this country

I can't see that being any more harmful than wearing the clothing.
