UFO above Brussels

Our national newspaper just released this article. A translation:

It’s been a while since a ufo was spotted, but now it happened again: above Schaarbeek (Brussels) a ‘strange object measuring about ten meters’ was noticed last saturday. Someone made this footage around 3.30pm. “I really wouldn’t know what it might be”, the man asks himself. Do You?

It's strange that, for this one time they release a ufo video, you can't really call it a spectacular sighting. I was thinking balloons carrying some cardboard box? On the other hand, they estimate it measured about 10 meters...
Any ideas?

Sorry, I couldn't resist. All kidding aside, the object does seem to exhibit a drift pattern somewhat consistent with balloons, although I hasten to add that there is little in the video to compare with.

Mostly the way the four spherical objects seem to change in relation to each other makes it seem likely some sorta balloonish object to me.

It's obviously something attached to balloons. I'd also be more inclined to think it was Danny in his deckchair than a UFO.

Well, it's unidentified, and it's flying.

That's all you can really tell about it, unless you know what it is

How do you measure something like those ballons with something attached to em accurately when they're so far away?

It can't be much if radar detected the triangle and air force
jets were sent after the ones they had years ago.
That doesn't even look metal.
