Do you get the feeling he is missinig his meds or is he for real?

So Britney Spears, Jay Z, Drew Barrymore, and the Queen of England are supposed to be talking together and HE is in the same vicinity IF that mashup were to ever occur (which I highly doubt?)

Someone please clarify.
