How do you get the Breaking Alternative News format on other forums?

The only time I have it on other forums is when my stuff is moved. I really like the format, but some stuff isn't Breaking Alternative News worthy. It's just more eye pleasing to me. So how do I get it on other forums?

Or maybe a button could be made to do that in other forums?

That could work if you want to post a news story in another forum that doesn't meet the BAN requirements.
