OK can someone please Identify this as this as it is crucial to mankinds survival.

It looks like someone wrote the following on their hand with a pen and then smeared it...probably has sweaty palms...Yuuk !!!

Anyone who thinks tattooing the palm of their hand is a great idea likely doesn't qualify for MENSA.

Looked like either s still from a movie, or a cell phone image of a guy with sweaty palms.

That picture is of Sarah Palin at the Tea Bagger convention which they aired on Saturday. It's scrib notes on her hand that she put their to help her remember. The words "Energy", "Tax" and "Lift American Spirits" are on there, I'll post a link to the post so that you can see a much better HD version of her hand and also her looking at it during the Q&A going on. It's funny as hell. And this is the woman who at this convention was berrating Obama over using a teleprompter. Believe it or not, she is trying to set herself up as either running for president or as a running mate for somebody, and the republicans don't want her. They masses/zealots of their party want her but the politicians know that she is the nail in their coffin if she runs. Thats the problem with using mob mentality to run your political machine, sometimes the mob becomes a curse and you can't even control them.

Okay...all joking aside...I knew that it was Palin's hand too, but as I posted already, to me it says Ddi and looks smeared...probably just some mnemonics to help her with her speech...

Closer inspection of a photo of Sarah Palin, during a speech in which she mocked President Obama for his use of a teleprompter, reveals several notes written on her left hand. The words “Energy”, “Tax” and “Lift American Spirits” are clearly visible. There’s also what appears to read as “Budget cuts” with the word Budget crossed out.
