Khamenei: Iran Set to Deliver 'Punch' to Stun West on Anniversary
www.foxnews.com
"The Iranian nation, with its unity and God's grace, will punch the arrogance (Western powers) on the 22nd of Bahman, February 11, in a way
that will leave them stunned," Khamenei, who is also Iran's commander-in-chief, told a gathering of air force personnel according to AFP.

So what does anyone make of this? Any ideas what this "punch" may be? Knowing Iran's leaders this is just more hot air. I remember back when they were
suppose to shock the world on August 22 and nothing ever came of it. Then 2 years ago on Feb 11th their shocking news was an herbal AIDS cure amongst
other such hocus pocus. Im wondering if the workd should expect anything different this time or just more "fluff".

I think it means that they're actually going to put guns on their planes instead of having two guys on the wings throwing bullets.
If it were anything we needed to be worried about, they wouldn't be talking about it.

Yeah i dont make much of it myself. Im thinking its something the West already knows about. Probably just a formal announcement of their new home-made
air defence system thats suppose to be better than Russia's S-300, and maybe they will formally announce thier new attack drone...both of which the
West already knows about and regards with skepticism.
Who knows-maybe they are about to launch a pig into space!!

They called 9/11 a well deserved "punch" in the nose.
Maybe we need another!
What could Iran do to "punch" us that wouldn't be suicidal for them?
Nothing but more empty threats coming from a desperate tyrannical regime.

Maybe they are about to run their herbal AIDS cure they announced 2 years ago through an actual clinical trial? These folks are idiots. (not the
Iranian people-their regime).

What if they do "Attack" from a different angle. Not the typical suicidal extremist hell bent on going to meet Allah type, but something totally
different. The possibilities I see are, economic, medical, and intelligence/informatiion type weapon of attack. There are so many possibilites.

Economic? Like the will quit selling their oil? Then where will they get their money? Bad move.
Medical? I dont know about that one. Like how?

Possibly a new avenue of controlling oil shares? I don't mind admitting that this caused a full one-eybrow arch for me, and the dang thing seems to
be stuck there. We'll see.
P.S.

Really there are few possibilities that wouldn't end very badly for Iran.
They have the attention of the world now, anything less than something really spectacular will leave them looking like fools.
If they don't live up to the hype this time, then the whole world will see them for they really are.
It should be all or nothing for Iran this time.
Put up, or shut up.

I doubt that anything they do will be a direct attack on the west; it will probably be a test of some new technology.
I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they actually tested a nuclear bomb. They are officialy at least a year or two away from making one with the
information they have made public, but whose to say that they aren't secretly enriching uranium, or have been for the last 5 years? They could also
by nuclear material on the black market from terrorist groups, or even North Korea if North Korea is indeed dealing nuclear weapons.
I wouldn't worry too much about a nuclear attack though; the technology to combine missiles with nuclear tipped warheads is years, if not decades
ahead or Iran's current technology.

You know, all TPTB have to do now is set off a nuke somewhere on the US homeland or some kind of 9/11 attack of the same scale on Feb 11th and WOLLAH!
Iran were behind it. Now we go in and kill

The Iranian gvt is the perfect ally for the west, and vice versa. They each play off each other to advance each other's agenda, then laugh at us
common people for buying into their B.S. over beer and cigars lit with 100$ bills (provided by us btw)... They are all on the same team. Wake up
people.
It suits the west to declare the middle east dangerous to keep the money flowing in the corporate pockets. It also suits the middle east by allowing
it to look like the "little guy standing up to the big guy"...
I'm making coffee, come have some and wake up in the real world.
