Exactly he should not mind answering, neither should Taitz, neither should the rest, and yet to date none of them have provided evidence of these
"millions" being spent.
Berg is credible
Berg is not credible, as evident from his mistakes in past court cases.
He claimed Obama was an indonesian citizen due to his supposed adoption when:
A) the laws of indonesia at the time prohibited automatic adoption to those foreign children over the age of 5, having resided less than 5 years in
the country. Obama could not have been adopted under Indonesian law at the time, but Berg failed to check this out.
B) Berg claimed that only Indonesian citizens could attend public school when the Indonesian constitution made no such restrictions, instead only made
school education a right for citizens, not restricted to citizens.
Berg also claimed Obama's paternal grandmother stated he was born in Kenya when:
A) She clearly stated in the audio tape he was born in Hawaii, and that his father, Barack Obama, was born in Kenya
B) That she was Obama's fathers former third step mother that Obama does not know personally.
C) That the audio tape itself had not been authenticated to prove this was actually the grandmother, so anybody can just go out, get a Kenyan on a
audio tape to make such a claim, and then claim it to be the presidents relative.
Berg also made the claim that Obama's short form birth certificate was a fake, but failed in his lawsuit to:
A) Produce the real experts with real names and Hawaiian officials to back up his claims it was fake.
B) what in no way qualified to make the judgement that it was a fake.
Claimed Obama had to have used his Indonesian passport to gain entry into Pakistan because of the travel ban when:
A)There were no travel bans to US citizens entering Pakistan so he could by all means use his US passport.
I mean, there is a tonne of garbage lying around from this man. It ranges from his misquoting of laws and constitutional ammendments to making
accusations without the relevant evidence to back it up with.
But you trust this man anyway right? His credible to you? I wonder how you came to that conclusion. One would figure credibility would be thrown out
the door when somebody makes such inaccurate accusations.
