Russian military exercises

Anyone come across any info regarding the so called NATO/Russia joint military excercises supposed to go down in 2004?

Good to see that Russia is continuing to flex it's strength and to test it's systems for future use. With the U.S. and China the top super powers... a third will be coming back strong... Russia. Then I think all three countries could then lead the world into the future and destroy terrorism jointly.

It was unfortunate that when they did the ICBM tests infront of Putin awhile ago that one never made it out of the silo, and the other went off course and crashed. But, that is of course what happens when money runs slim and the systems poorly maintained because of it.

i agree, too bad its unlikely to happen that way, it would be great.
