Military Plans To Simulate Response To Catastrophic Earthquake In Alaska

The military is getting ready to simulate how it would respond to a catastrophic earthquake in Alaska.

Lt. Gen. Dana Atkins is the commander of Alaska's forces.

Atkins spent the day in the state capital briefing lawmakers and the governor on the military's presence here.

He says this is the first time the Arctic Edge training exercise will bring together several state, local and federal agencies to simulate such a natural disaster.

As always when there is a planned military exercise, the thought may occur to you, 'do they know something we don’t know.'

Remember...there was a 'drill' in Miami the day before the Haiti earthquake....how convenient...

Nothing's going to happen. It's a hit or miss thing. I remember there was serious talk of a false flag occurring like 2 years ago due to a military exercise over Martial Law.

As you can see, nothing of it.

Same situation. Don't get me wrong, they'll probably nuke us eventually, but it won't be Al Queda pulling the trigger, that's for sure...

There is a high possibility that a lot of oil remains untapped under Alaska but a large section of the north coast is a national park and so the permissions to drill there so far have been few and controversial.

If a quake happens in that area and oil fields are exposed or habbitats destroyed making extensive drilling possible, things will look very suspicious indeed.
