ATS Video Register Account.

Hiyas!

Since ATS changed the way avatars were hosted(Ive forgotten how long ago now),i never got around to uploading my avatar to the media portal till a couple of months ago.

I surmised that it would be the same account as my ATS,tried that,nada.So I tried to create a new account.For say,the last couple of months every time i have tried to register a new account it keeps throwing me the message :

Signups Disabled
Sorry, Signups have been disabled. Please check back later!


Am i doomed to be avatarless?

Or have i fubared my attempts?

As far as I know I use my original login and passwords for it.

Ever try using the "forgot my password" button?

It should ask for your email and perhaps that will help.

You can always ask another member to host your avatar and you can grab the link.

Hiya mate.

Using my ATS account name and //pass throws the following login error:

The following errors have occurred:

* Incorrect username or password. Please try again!

I tried to host my own avatar,but it keeps throwing me to the media portal login page when i try to upload it.

That is very strange, it's always worked just fine for me.

I suggest opening a complaing/suggestion, through your U2U page on the right, a Mod can look into it and create your account if necessary I would think.

Your not a new member or anything and we all deserve an avatar .

Always glad to help, and like I said, reach out to some of your ATS friends, they can host the avatar for you and just provide you with the [img] tags so you can just put it in there.

I would do it for you put I'm not at the house and cannot access the Video Portal due to Surf Block at my office lol.

Well Ive tried everything to access my media account but to no avail(sign-ups disabled,couldn't retrieve a password as account doesn't exist).

Could a mod upload my avatar for me?I would be most appreciative,because I'm starting to feel naked without it.

Well, if you don't mind a non-mod helping out, here's your avy: files.abovetopsecret.com...

And the best way to get around the problem you're having from what I've heard, is to reset your ATS password and the new one should work on ATS BTS and Media @ ATS.

Im lolling a little bit ATM,as i took your suggestion and went to change my password(password change keeps failing).

Its the same one i use to loggin all the time but it keeps telling me that I'm tying it in the field incorrectly ( lies and halftruths!)

But right now i don't care,because i have my avatar back,woot!
