Another victim of the US Army's chemical mind control program seeks justice

Frank Rochelle was just a guy in the Army who decided he'd sign up for some special program only to end up in something that would change the course of his life ...

His case is a good read for anyone interested in the Military side of drug experimentation on human guinea pigs. Let's hope he will get the compensation he is looking for.

And we should all be happy and thankful that Frank Rochelle was able to deal with the issues he had from the OD he was exposed to - other people, such as Theodore Kaczynski didn't take it that well and many innocent people suffered or lost their lives because of it. (Allthough Kaczynski wasn't part of the same program - he got entangled in this # as a student at Harvard under Dr. Henry Murray subprogram)

Secret documents and reports cover secret experiments, which are part of secret projects. The budget for these projects is also kept secret. They say, this is important for national security. But usually national security is invoked, not because an enemy could learn something about weaknesses in the national defence, it is invoked to hide the crimes and dirty secrets from the past.

The longer a state exists, the more dirty secrets accumulate, the more effort must the state make to hide past crimes from its citizens.
