If your still looking for an explination.
Lets say your standing beside a 3ft wall, for instance...unless your a midget, the shadow cast by your body will be cut off where the wall stops, it wont continue to be cast in to the thin air above the wall.
In one of the clips of the ufo in the documentary, it shows the ufo with its shadow cast against a mountainside, but when the ufo moves up and above the mountain it still casts the same shadow onto the clear blue sky...This of course isnt the way things work in real life, as shadows do not get cast on to thin air. On top of this you can clearly tell its a bit of dirt when you see the whole documentary, but when that one little clip is blown up onto youtube it is very convincing but not what it appears to be.
