I need a logo made

Ok I need some help, I have no clue how to do this, but here is what I need...

I need a political logo of a Donkey and an Elephant, but I need some humor involved.

The requirements are:

1. It has to have an American flag background.
   
2. The Donkey and the Elephant have to be cartoonish and look mentally disabled.
   
3. The Donkey and the Elephant have to have arms folded, with their backs to each. other.
   

Can anyone help?
