Having bought the OS for a while, and gone down the journey of horror and discovery to what I now about about 9/11, and of course feeling deep shame for having bought the OS for even a minute, I ride that rollercoaster of trying to enlighten people and give up in deep despair daily.
But then I had a thought - having finally concluded 9/11 was a complete inside job, I stared questioning other 'conspiracies' and digging deeper than the MSM fo find some truth.
Yes, there are many other dodgy world events that need to come under closer scutiny for being a fraud. 7/7 London tube bombings, Diana's death, JFK etc.
But in all those, only 1 has the smell of a 9/11 scale coverup - the moon hoax. So I think maybe we can do this in reverse. There is such pressure on the MSM to keep 9/11 under wraps I truly believe it will never be exposed. But the moon hoax has a chance, and the timing is good - its in the news now! The program to - ahem cough splutter "return man to the moon" has been cancelled. I think a decent push from everyone to expose the moon hoax will wake enough people up to believe that 9/11 could have been a cover up, and maybe truly call for the truth.

I think if anything it'll just hurt any efforts for something to be done about 9/11.

For one thing, 9/11 is completely unrelated to the lunar landing so even if you do make a successful case for one, you haven't automatically for the other.

For another I think opinion on that has largely crystallized already since it isn't brought up as much in the news and all that, so even if you could prove we didn't go to the Moon a lot of people are going to ignore you anyway just because they feel as though they've heard it all before, and it's "old news."

Hmmmm I guess I was thinking most people refuse to look deeper into 9/11 because 'its too hard to hide' something that big. I still believe its a double or nuthin deal. They even coerced Mythbusters to do a sham expose of the 'moon hoax' - quite recently. I see as much pressure on the MSM re the moon hoax as I do with 9/11. because its 'so big' and surely it would have been exposed by now.
If it really came out - the astronauts and some NASA folk admitting it was faked - and not much harm done (unlike 9/11) dont you think people - all people - would start questioning 9/11 more, given that it had been big and covered up for so long?

I will give you only one piece of evidence to consider...that the USSR was silent. Do you really think that the Soviets wouldn't be watching the entire thing like a hawk, and be the first and loudest to proclaim it a fake?

They would be listening in on every conversation and triangulating every last shred of data they could.

The KGB would be actively and aggressively pursuing data collected by US Govt. If ANYONE would find evidence of a coverup, it would be them.

I seriously don't know why this hoax persists. It is so totally debunked.

What was a sham about it - it just pointed out how crazy the "moon landing was a hoax" nutters actually are!

and it is good to lump the moon landing nutters in with the "truthers", they are very similiar!

I guess its worse than I thought. The truth is hidden forever under a cloud of ignorance and stupidity.

Its a case of simple science/physics/evidence.

All evidence re 9/11 points to inside job. OS says the opposite.

Man on the Moon - all evidence and theres not much - says hoax. Take a look at any of the photos of the lander with an astronaut in it. Good hi-res one. Look for the crater under it where the thrusters were firing to keep it from crashing into the moon.
Now consider the odds of that happening vs a crane in a studio delicately placing it there.

This is a thread for those who know that 9/11 was a complete inside job and are seeking ways to expose it.

First off, I don't know. I am suspicious of the claim that we set a human on the Moon.

Now, If we did not set foot on the moon, and proof hit the Press (yeah riiiiight), even the most narrow-minded of us might be inclined to rethink our world-view.

please disregard the disinfo attempts and distractions.
focus on the problem - exposing 9/11 for the horrible fraud that it was.
it should be possible to push for 'moon truth' and when thats exposed the 9/11 cover up will be examined by a more skeptical mind.

Sorry but if you were to just participate in threads regarding each separate conspiracy theory you would quickly learn that you will just be turning an uphill battle into an uphill battle while wearing 1000lbs of weights on you. I am not saying don't go for it but I am saying I doubt you will get far here with that without some amazing new revelation and evidence to back it up.
