im new to this thread, been reading some (but not all its massive)

its very intreaging stuff, to start with i was thinking it was just a bumbled FBI operation on someone, what i thought was that maybe the fbi had busted him, he knew they were coming up the stairs, put a gun to his own head knowing he was busted, fbi barge in, see the guy holding a gun and use the fact he is holding a gun and going to shoot "someone" (himself) that they shot him, and in the process he ended up discharging his own gun through the shock/movement and ect.

But, theirs alot of holes in this story! and the innitial story could well be a rouge!

has the thought occured maybe he wasnt in "the army" per say, but maybe in a much more secrative part of the millitary, secret services even, and working with the marines. It seems very odd that he seems to have disapeared from records that he can be pinpointed to through anecdotal evidence.

I actually looked for that. Generally, you'll show up even if you are nuclear command authority, SF or whatnot. Hell, I can even pull up the JCS members on there. But the ones that are 'different' that you shouldn't pursue won't go past the summary info screen and bio. This guy doesn't have flags. There's just a bunch of badly entered looking records.

Also, going through the other way, I can see where he lived (moved around a LOT in the area), and I've got his relatives' stuff. There aren't any tell-tale assignments that would tend to indicate assignment to a location where they do 'oddball' stuff. No gaps either. So I'm thinking that's probably not true. Most of the time you can look at stuff like what exercises were where and when, what training TDYs are where and when and the like and piece together what the guy was doing. In this case, he looks like a standard issue Marine. If he's weird and freaky, then they covered it up a lot better than they do normally, even with people that are doing some oddball stuff.

i was meaning, maybe he was a spy of sorts! it doesnt have to have anything to do with anything oddball!... if could be why he moved about alot, perhaps a spy IN the army spying ON the army!.

No, I understood you, I'm saying if you have some weird function in the Marines, Army or whatnot, it generally leaves tracks, even if they're subtle.

In this case, it just looks like he changed residences a lot, but all in the same area. If not, he used a lot of different mailing addresses for his primary residence when filling out Marine forms.

I dunno, while I think the Feebs handled it poorly, it doesn't have that "this guy is a spy" vibe to it.

Truthfully, I have often worried that you could stick a rootkit on someone's machine and use it to relay emails like that, for no other purpose than to get someone in trouble. Hell, if you don't properly protect your wireless AP I could just fake the email headers and send it from your IP. There wouldn't be much way you could prove it wasn't you.

Perhaps he used his military connections to start asking questions. Then, when he started to ask the right questions to the right people well you can only imagine where that went. You shuld see if your friend was planning on taking any trips to talk to anyone or maybe even see if he was compiling information for something...

I don't see how it will be possible now to see if he was compiling any information, and not to mention if he was and that is what got him killed, why would I want to possess it? Ha! I mean of course I'd want to, but that may not be the best idea at the moment now would it?

I'd rather have a full case built and all my information hidden until the final report is made that way it would be clear to everyone as to why he was killed and why they felt it necessary to do it at that time.

This should not be something that happens in America! Darius I believe is grateful for having a friend bring this story in search of truth. It sounds like the government, before assassinating a citizen, didn't get their stories straight before speaking to the press.

Me personally, I would want my hands on what he knew, I'd tell someone of course and if I vanish to pick it up where I left off...Just me though, anyways I'd want to get my hands on what he knew and just keep it set off to the side, don't tell anyone I got it and just spring it up last second. Anyways, did you personally ever find any to substantiate their claims of child-porn involvement or get a copy of the autopsy from the fam(if they can get it)....

Thank you, and no problem. I only hope by raising this murder to the public eye for what is truly is, MURDER by our government, people will see the truth. This is not something new, so to the naysayers tisk tisk! You're willing to believe crazy stories about pretty much anything and yet you cannot believe the government killed someone because they either knew something or possessed something they did not want to get out... give me a break!

This is obviously a plan that anyone would follow, including myself. I am not stupid (not saying you were implying that) and I have taken appropriate measures in case something ever did happen to me or my investigation.

The feds never released any information, that I'm aware of, regarding proof of him having child pornography on his computer. It would be pretty much impossible to prove it anyway, we would have to either believe or disbelieve them by hearsay. What are they going to do, post the pictures with Darius's digital signature on them from his computer? Not only would that be wrong and disgusting, but it would be illegal.

The ONLY thing I can think of that would be possibly legal would be to have some legal representative who has nothing to do with the case, nor knows nothing about it, to check the hard drive and see for themselves and hope we get an honest answer from them. But I would not want to be the person for that job... I would more than likely puke at the site of child pornography - is disgusts me more than I will ever be able to explain with words.

And even if the above happened, who is to say they government hasn't planted the child pornography by now, or even in the first place? There will never be a way to prove that it was there before the time they killed him, the only hope we'd have is to prove it was placed AFTER the fact - which would be nearly impossible considering they have computer geniuses who can work magic and make files of any kind look like they originated from one place or another at any time they wish to make it appear as.

My only hope at this point is finding proof that the evidence was tampered, I need someone to blow the whistle on this case and I may just be able to find someone willing to cooperate. It would be nice if someplace like wikileaks would join in on this and help discover the truth alongside of me... it would give great closure to not only myself, but especially Darius' family & loved ones.

I wait for the day I am able to do that, send positive vibes my way I will/do very much need them to continue with this case and get more information!

Just wanted to say Thank You to everyone who has been supporting me through out this investigation into Darius Hill's murder.

I still get U2U's with people trying to help me, providing me with information they've found, and there are people even willing to go steps further than that which I deeply appreciate.

So once again, a big thank you to everyone who has been supportive. I hope you all can keep supporting this cause, because it means a lot to me, and a lot of others out there who know that corruption within the government needs to be stopped - the cover-ups, the lies, all of it.

Trying to keep this thread alive still... I've decided not to work anymore with the FOIA since it has gotten me no where, and I know I will end up either A) with no information & get the runaround like I've been getting or B) end up with a huge bill because they will print out thousands of pages and charge me for that and for the 'man hours' it took to research into Darius

So, right now I'm a bit stuck with only the information I have gathered so far but we'll see how it goes. I have some connections looking into some things right now and I will report back with any findings, as I wish any of you to share with me as well if anyone stumbles across anything.

I got all the info I could - after I got the run around from the CIA and the Military I didn't have much else to go on... I don't have the money to hire someone to look into the matter at this point so unfortunately this is still unresolved

You should look into sending this out to anyone you can think of who has written about government corruption. Maybe one author out there with money will decide to look into this case. You never know...stranger things have happened.

I happen to know that this is in fact not a conspiracy at all. This man has lived many lives and I was included in one of them and so was his son. this just so happened to be the time in his life when he was "implemented" in this government conspiracy. He may have been able to act like a good man...but I assure you there was a manipulative, coniveing, partly evil side to this man. please feel free to ask me any questions you want.
