Yeah, I know it's dominance, but it kills me every time.

The cat (Satan) is 18lbs of tabby feline fury that takes no grief.
The dog (Marshall) is 28lbs of black cocker.
They're both 4 year old fixed males.

They play and sometimes get rough. They're pretty much the same length so it's hysterical to watch them roll around the floor. Sometimes the dog will be walking by and the cat will bitch-slap him. Then it's on.

Heaven forbid we pay attention to one while the other's in earshot.
After the cat went diabetic, I swear the dog insisted on getting shots too.

I'm working on pictures and video.
You can't PAY for entertainment like this

its a dominance issue, not sexual or anything else.

They dog thinks it is 2nd after you in pack order

Yup, thanks.
In theory, he's #3, after my wife, but sometimes that's up for discussion.

It's still hysterical, not to mention a great conversation stopper

Good thing the cat is fixed, you wouldn't want this to happen:

The full stop in my sig line is a link... I don't think anyone has noticed it actually, it's been there more than a month.

Go a head and click it - It could solve your little problem

Wow, I'm not sure whether to laugh or cry.
Although if I could do both at the same time, it would be very interesting.

I wonder if I could teach it to hump the cat when the dog isn't feeling up to it (as it were).

Just imagine the progeny!
Furry little buggers that were way too smart (and evil) for their own good.

I can't believe I'm not getting flags on this

My dog (Sheba) humps her 1 year old pup (Marley/Moz) still to this day, anyway she can, most of the time she just humps his head. It's kinda gross, I'm wondering if I should have Marley neutered... Maybe that will chill Sheba out.
I really don't want to though, he is already such a girly boy!

It's just not cool sometimes if you know what I mean, I know it's innocent but like the op, it's just getting a bit too much now.

Tell your dog to knock it off, he's hurting the cat.

My dog (male Lhasa Apso) humped my sister's leg once.

Good times.
