another interesting thing is that in that area there is on average only 2 earthquakes per year

this year there was 2 already a 5.0 and this 6.5

neic.usgs.gov...

According to the emsc-csem.org it was "just" a 5.6 earthquake

I got an auto email sent to my phone via text from USGS and they are still claiming 6.5 mag, and they haven't updated it yet.

Also, it took them a bit too actually send me the text, firefox got it before I got the text lol so basically if I'm not online I don't really get real-time info unless I'm on the internet on my phone.

They did update it to 6.2
