It will be a proxy war.
The main powers will stay out - United States and China will never enter a conflict in which both nations will face each other. Their economies, and international markets, will not allow such a notion to occur.

it will be very interesting to see how this one plays out... wouldn't surprise me if they announced that they had nuclear weapons, they have been after them for sometime.

i don't see why iran would make such a strong statement if they didn't have anything to back it up.

Amadinejad wanted to announce this on Quds Day in October but it wasn't ready and tested. They indeed have a nuke(s).

Terms everyone should know:

Muslin Brotherhood = main headquarters in Egypt. Hub for the thugs that smuggle and traffic throughout the region. Along with Saudi they are well insulated with business ties in high places in the world. They will put their lesser brothers in the face of battle before they will take the field themselved. They are the brains of the operation. Zawihiri (head of AQ since bin Laden is dead) is one of the original members of the Muslim Brotherhood. They are funded by Saudi and other oil money.

Taqqiya and Kitman = the legal right to trick the infidel. Under Sharia Law and according to the Koran with the blessing of all the OIC imams and clerics it is the duty of muslims (fard ayn) to fight the infidel in any manner. Using hiraba (even the smallest effort) all muslims must participate, same as their pilgrimage. This can be simply going on a website and spreading propaganda or having word fights with non-muslims or actually strapping on a bomb.

Training = most Muslims experience halal killing of animals, this is a method of slitting the throat and supposedly allowing the animal to die a quick and merciful death. Little boys are encouraged to participate thus training them to slice the neck of the infidel when the time comes. Most Americans play video games as training instead.

As for Feb 11th, Amadinejad is simply announcing the celebration from Feb 1-Feb 11. Then the new moon arrives after his announcement of greatness and the imam gives him the message of how to act next. You will notice that on the last day of an Islamic celebration, like Ramadan there are many terrorist attacks.

Islamic tradition calls for a Night of Power. It's the culmination of 10 days at which in Islamic history allows leadership the ability to attack an emeny with the greatest strength granted by Allah.

Since most Americans are still unaware of Islam and it's weirdass tradition this is to the advantage of the enemy to have power over the infidel. There are still so many Americans who sympathize with Islam and can't imagine they want to kill us because of this traditional Islamic approach.

When something big happens Islam is hoping that Americans will turn against their government and start a revolution. They believe the time is ripe. It's apparent with all the infighting among our nation and how we are divided equally by two parties. Let's let them believe that for now. But when the time comes you will need to be prepared. The time may have just been announced by Amadinejad. We'll see.

Not that i respect the regim in Iran but i must say i wish they did announce they now have nukes and "come and get it". This may be the ONLY way any nation can keep the masters of the world away.
If only Chavéz could do the same!
On the other hand, most likely they announce some insignificative news about something we dont care at all.
The day they start this war will be time to hide deeeep in the jungle.

who ever told you that ahmadi najad is recognized by the sunni muslim countries and nations as anything more than he is a leader of shiat country with a shiat religion that has nothing to do with islam and that we do not approve and dont believe in?
