While it's no secret that Detroit is one of the most corrupt cities the world has ever known, it doesn't make national news some of the things that go down in this Hell on Earth.

Detroit boasts a "gangsta" city council, 5 of which are known to pack heat. It's former deposed Mayor, Kwame Kilpatrick is strongly suspected of bumping off a stripper named Tamara "Strawberry" Greene.

Bribery, scandal, corruption and murder is the order of the day in the City of Detroit's government. In a town that has easily 50% unemployment, the council works well to keep themselves elected and business away from the city.

Recently Monica Conyers (wife of John Conyers, the powerful Chairman of House Judiciary Committee) was ousted on bribery charges, charges that would have never been filed until she crossed another council member.

If you think that the Federal government is corrupt, they have nothing on the motor city. A city that corrupt ex gov. Rod Blagojevich would be proud of. I tell you now, that Michigan will never recover as long as the corruption and violence in Detroit remains unchecked.

Washington DC falls under legal corruption.

They write their corruption into laws.

Perfectly legal.
