I think the key here is explaining your mood at the time and any strange feelings like a cold shiver, or you feel electrically charged. Explain what the room is like when these things happen, everybody is psychic, even when people don't realise it, certain presences or frequencies can be detected by instinct or your own aura. Please expand a little here m8
sometimes spirits can act mischievous to get your attention or sometimes can be trapped. I once saw a medium convince a spirit to move on into the afterlife because he couldnt comprehend that he was dead, it happened so fast. That was an unbelieveable experience, made every hair go on end and goosebumps like never before. Do your arms tingle?? out of curiosity.

*Who was in the picture?
*anybody in the picture had die in the past months?
*did you had any relation with that person?
*did you went to the funeral of that person?

Maybe could be someone that just want to say good bye!

Was the screw loose when you touched it?
Sometimes flimsy walls will make it spin to the side and the hole becomes stripped.
Happens in my house a lot because the walls are like this old fiberboard.
Doesnt hold a nail or screw very well and they will turn sideways and make the picture fall off.
Without any other sort of odd occurences,
that would be my best guess.

Unless you start to get more things happening I would see it that way.

But as someone asked, was the picture of someone who died?

Occams Razor...all things possible, the simplest is the most likely....GRAVITY

Very true!

I've seen things roll off level desks, fall off walls with no provokation and quite a few other strange things but never did my mind jump to the supernatural. It was simply gravity, air pressure, warping wood.

It's not wrong to consider the logical possibilities first.

In humid areas, the sheetrock can go soggy, and nails can UNEXPECTEDLY just let go.........it happens.
