Has been brought up on charges of tampering with phones. This is the guy, if you remember, brought down ACORN through proving fraud in the organization. Well the feds have brought him up on charges of tampering with Mary Landrieu's office phones. I can find the irony in this situation that through the patriot act the government can do this to us. Thoughts anyone?
