I'm so sick of the backwards logic that is the well accepted American Philosophy.

Personally, I find all religions to be hypocritical nonsense, but if I were to condemn only one, it certainly wouldn't be the one being practiced in it's entirety. When you decide that your instructions from God himself have mistakes that must be modified, you have just proved your religion is a fraud. You either obey all Gods laws, or you choose another faith. Accepted American philosophy says Muslims are to now be condemned for practicing their religion. Practices identical to those held by Christianity and Judaism the only difference being these latter religions have no problem adjusting their word of God. The real faiths are the proven frauds.

Logical conclusions based on common sense have no place in this backward thinking philosophy. This one favors the fragmented religions that only follow the rules they want to follow. We only like the most violent and perverted faiths that forgive our murders, rapes and thefts over and over as necessary. We will crucify any religion that is complete and strict. We won't tolerate covering your women so we can't look down their tops, or up their skirts. Only faiths that allow promiscuous behavior by women in skimpy clothing are legitimate.

Most people have concluded that Christianity be the most respected! After all they have murdered far more people than any other faith. But don't abort any babies. They have the most money and political influence, God knows religion should be involved in politics. Christian faith provides unlimited forgiveness to any sins. Hell even when most of their priests were caught molesting hundreds of children they had enough forgiveness for all! Of course, all this info logically tells us to hate the Muslims! Oh yeah, we love Christianity and hate gays, but if you hate gays and you're Muslim we will destroy you.

We love going to war to spread peace. We believe in spreading democracy by installing dictatorships. We created terrorism so we could have an endless war with it. We sell tyrannical dictators weapons of mass destruction and later we will use WMD to attack and kill them for having WMD's that they no longer possess because we made them get rid of them. We overthrow foreign governments and install dictators. Later when the people revolt against our dictator and extinguish him, we call this definition of American patriotism as an act of terrorism when performed by these radical extremists. Though this act is dually defined as good and evil, it's accepted by all and used to fuel hatred of our new enemy.

Our philosophical beliefs are so completely twisted and backward, yet almost everyone agrees to it. We labeled the 911 people asking for a conclusive investigation of the event, "truthers". This term is used to describe those that pursue truth, but it's accepted as a negative label?

This American philosophy concluded that in order to repair our economy that was devastated by catastrophic mistakes fueled by greed, we must collect our every dollar, now and for years to come, and give it all back to the greedy perpetrators that created the crisis. Still not having any effect, but accepted to this day.

Obama campaigned on chasing lobbyists out of DC, FREE universal health care, withdrawal from Middle East and a few other things that equaled change. Being that none of these things have been so much as attempted, this is yet another example of American philosophy. Just recently, while campaigning for his Dem in the Mass. election, in an attempt to smear her opponent he chose to ridicule the mans truck as an embarrassing excuse for transportation due to its high mileage. This is a GM built truck as well as a testament to the quality of American made trucks. Trucks made by the very company Obama has taken management over was his choice for humiliation.

Iran was also targeted recently and denounced for their stifling of peaceful protests of their suspected fraudulent presidential election. This sudden oversight of Iranian affairs was threatened in the headlines for weeks. Textbook American philosophy seeing that we're condemning others for something much more evident in the past few US elections. Tampered Diabold voting machines, voter hit lists, hanging chads and a Supreme Court appointed president. Peaceful protests in the US were corralled out of site, beaten, jailed and terrorized by black uniformed police. Hypocritical? Yes. Accepted American philosophy? Yes indeed.

This can go on forever. We apply this philosophy everywhere now. If you can turn a situation on it's head so it makes no sense we will support it all the way. General Motors needs to sell more cars, close all the dealerships. Education is at the bottom of the list, close schools, crowd classrooms and cut teachers wages. When Ron Paul was dominating presidential debates, deny his entry altogether.

Feel free to ad to my rant. It feels pretty good actually.

That was a pretty good rant.

I would like to push a new idea of mine. A new third party concept.

The

Leave me the frell alone party!

And since you asked us to add to your rant!

Sorry about this long post but here goes.

They have abandoned the Constitutional rule of law-

• The congress has written and are writing legislation that supersedes and abrogates the Constitution
• They have instituted agencies that are unconstitutional in nature
• They have courts that regularly write new law by decree alone
• The executive branch regularly writes legislation and decrees
• The executive branch writes unconstitutional law
• They have instituted statutes that willfully and surreptitiously evade the true meaning of the Constitution

They have instituted a taxation system that is unfair and spurious in nature-

• Sales taxes that are unfair and detrimental to specific groups of people and products
• Income taxes that were instituted as a temporary measure have become permanent
• Income taxes that are detrimental to the majority of people and that are not instituted in a fair and reasonable nature
• Socialist taxes have been instituted to control the very lives they were instituted to “supposedly” help and have willfully spent these funds for whatever they chose
• Taxes across the board have come to a point that if you add them all up, for the average American household, would be an effective tax rate of 50%-75%
• They have instituted a debt that can only be said to enslave every man, woman and child in perpetuity
• They have disallowed our rights of trial by jury, for the income tax system

They have created a standing army that the likes of which, mankind has never seen-

• This army which is supposed to be for the protection of the US, in fact has become a global police force for the main purpose of enforcing EMPIRE
• This army has become so all encompassing of the world, that its very existence has eliminated our very sovereignty as a nation and the sovereignty of other nations
• This standing army was never meant to exist in the Constitutional mandate of the United States of America
• This army could be considered the control apparatus extension, of an elite class of people, to institute the very tyranny that our forefathers warned us of

They have instituted a fiat money supply and a Private Banking system that is unconstitutional in nature

• The Federal Reserve was instituted illegally
• The removal of gold and silver as the base for our money was instituted illegally
• The control of our money by an illegal institution has brought us to our very knees
• The control of the fiat money has been used to control and destroy sovereign nations around the world
• The institution of this system has in effect, eliminated the basic governance by “we the people”

They have placed treaties and organizations above and beyond our own governance

• We are supposed to be a sovereign country
• They have put the betterment of other peoples and countries above our own welfare
• They are attempting to institute a larger global governance above the Constitutional mandated system that MILLIONS have fought and died for
• They have instituted economic treaties to the detriment of our own people
• They have signed treaties that are in direct violation of our own Constitution
• They have initiated treaties that will eliminate our sovereignty to the furtherance of a Global Governing body
• They have joined an organization, that regularly has invaded and intervenes in the sovereignty of foreign nations
• They have signed foreign treaties with foreign countries, that have intertwined us in a battle that has existed for 1000’s of years and does not look like it will ever be solved

They have instituted measures to control and spy on everyone unconstitutionally

• They have instituted measures to divide the people
• They have instituted measures to restrict rights
• They have instituted measures to spy on citizens and people around the world
• They have instituted measures to be able to imprison anyone that goes against their measures of control
• They have committed acts of aggression against people and governments throughout the world, both to institute their ideals on and for their own purposes

They have by manipulation of courts and legislation, allowed a hegemony of elite people and organizations to be above the law

• They have instituted laws and procedures that they themselves do not have to follow
• They have turned blind eyes toward corruption in their very ranks
• They have allowed usurpation of rights and duties that they themselves are required to maintain
• They have willfully neglected to enforce laws, that would have negated the very tyranny that is rampant in this day and age

Thanks endisnigh.

For the visit and the input!

This compliant public acceptance to these illogical hypocrisies is, for me, a far worse atrocity than the acts themselves. I confront people constantly with examples and they either giggle, or flee the conversation. It's so widespread and consistent you almost have to believe it's crafted to be conflicting? Like a bad joke.

My sister just stopped by a couple of hours ago and we talked a little bit about the problems we are facing.

I showed her a few things on the site here about the economy and a couple of videos of Ron Paul and a couple of my threads.

She did not know about any of it. Goes to show you people that do not use the internet, are totally unaware of the logical fallacies and illogical hypocrisies facing us.

She lives in the country and only has dial up. Doesn't do any investigations of her own.

People are just not aware of 95% of what is going on around the world. It seems the whole advance in information dissemination, has been co-opted to completely remove reality, from those that watch MSM and read newspapers.

It is funny how modern American clergy and academics really can have it all these days. When you look back on the old days, at all the Vows of poverty, vows of silence, chastity vows, etc... And now, almost magically the holy word has been amended to fit in all of their social and esteem needs, from Cadillacs to Mansions, to trophy wives and a big family of picture perfect University eductated children. My God those preachers must be compensating for something! Oh I wonder how well they could talk about God if He just took those away from him for a day. They would all fold and not even be able to give a sunday sermon they'd lose their wits. There is no faith there when your whole life relies on all these external things, recognition, countless others to depend on. What a nasty game to be a part of.

I believe that the time is approaching when the sleeping giant of the American Public is going to be awaken and will start to move, polarize and reform based along the lines of what they believe or is close to what they believe. From my point of view and looking from a person who has seen adminstrations come and go, here is what I am seeing:
History is repeating itself, though the names of the players have changed, the game is the same. You see, the country goes through stages in growth, from dealing with the world, to isolationism back to dealing with geopolitics, and like all governments, very few keep going without change without having someone to hate. Our focus on what should be have been going off course, and it is easy to say yes the country should have turned left, instead of turning right, and problems start to build. Alot of the problems facing this country did not just arrise overnight, it took years to build up. Having grown up just after the time when the public ceased to believe in the federal government, before that the public trusted its elected officials, payed more attention to what all was going on. In the more recent past, I would ask coworkers about what they thought about an election and the consise answer was, I don't vote. Now the public is paying attention and the questions are the same, though the answers just only lead to more questions. Here is one, do you honestly think that those who are elected are telling the truth or are going to keep 100% of the promises that they make?
I think that more and more of the population is going to wake up and look, and I believe that they are going to have an extremely high turn out in the upcoming midterm elections.
It was the government and the body electorates apathy that got this country into the problems that it is dealing with now, and it will be WE THE PEOPLE that will solve the problem.

I think as children we all develop the bad habit of trusting information. You naturally trust others are giving you truth, assuming we share a common bond and on the same team. Why would you ever think the others were trying to trick you? This goes for media, government, school and everything else. You never double check this info.

When we're young we believe in people being good, but wisdom eventually clues you into reality. Once your eyes are open the world literally turns upside down. Suddenly everything you thought you knew was suspect. Seeing things as they really are affords you truth, but with truth comes disappointment and shame. Mankind's true behavior is shameful once you see behind the illusion.

This state of reality makes life far less enjoyable, but seeing the truth in the world is more than worth it. I just can't understand why more people don't see it? What I try to do is get them to consider that the people they believe to be aligned with are actually their opposition. Media, politicians, doctors, banks and anyone else looking to extort something of value from you. People are mostly good and naively assume these predators are actually good too. If you can get them to consider this a possibility, they might open up enough to see the light?

How about you take your own advice and elaborate? You can start by revealing the specific assertions that provoked your response. It might also be a good idea to learn the definition of rant?

Actually the whole act of going to school is to condition kids to trust and except authority as the last word. Those who question are punished, and often turned into outsiders or ridiculed into submission.

Great thread, I see it pretty much the way you do!

You formed, through your wild assumptions, that ridiculously inaccurate opinion of my wants and beliefs all by yourself! Nowhere but in your empty head will you ever find evidence that leads to that conclusion.

Thank you for providing that perfect example to support the topic of my thread. Had you thought for even a second you would have seen the error in your statement. Better luck next time!

Maybe its high time we end the sickness and stop being sick of that which we allready are and do everything within us to fix what is right in us.

Ask yourself..

What do you believe in?

Why dance to a tune that isn't your's to keep.

Strength comes from following what you believe, not what, or how.

I just had to ask, why does traditionaldrummer need to learn the definition of "rant"? You defined your statement as a rant in the last sentence of the rant in question. Talk about backwards logic.

You can't play back an argument in reverse and get a secret message like a Beatles record, which is all your "rant" really is, an exercise in syllogistic dyslexia. Try reading it back to yourself in a mirror next time.

The biggest problem here is you lumped the good people in with the bad. Your title is quite provacative but your content was lackluster. This is the same squabble that goes on constantly here these days it seems.

Personally my "religious" beliefs and political philosophy are quite skewed from the way you try label everyone in the country.

People say how bad americans are and then spout off about the next revolution. I see nothing but cyber guerillas, defacing the average american citizen over actions the government takes even when the opinion is generally opposed.

This is 2010 where were you the last 8 years while our country and constitution were put on the wayside in the name of "protecting our freedom"

If you feel so strongly about the things that are going on in this country then get up off your comfy desk chair and get out there and make a difference.

Thats the problem with all these pseudo-revolutionaries, they like to rant then go back to their place as a cog in the machine. Disagree with the government all you want to. However, if your so sick of it that you feel the need to just let loose then please do it with some FERVER.

All these people ranting online and doing nothing else is making those government hyenas salavate over your lack of commitment. You'll continue to be sheparded as long as the voice of the opposition is nothing more than an anonymous poster on a website that will get you curious looks on a normal bases.

"choose an other faith" ?

No, people : choose to use your mind : and accept : that humanity don't know everything : but humanity know a lot with science.

"Faith" : mean choosing an other god, father ? Sorry : but here is the problem you want your freedom or you want to follow somebobdy and being a sheep : this may be the fraud.

I agree with you on many points. Yet, to me, it is more of a Human philosophy. No country is exempt from the horrible means by which to control its masses. It's as though at some point in time, humanity took the wrong path, which is what I believe to be the case. America, as it is known now, seems to carry a torch of cruelty over the whole world. The government is hypocritical, as the US invades other countries because their leaders are "hurting their own people."

We must not forget the atrocities that were and ARE occurring against the native peoples of this continent. If modifying a god's word to meet an agenda proves that religion to be false, then what does modifying a country's charter or declaration prove it to be?

Great post!

I am going to have to break out the medal for you. I do not usually do this but going through 50% of all of your posts, I have not found one comment in any shape or form could be considered positive.

Therefore I determine that you are here to annoy and obfuscate.

If you would like to post a comment to a forum, you could at least try to be argumentative instead of your derisive platitudes.

So here you go-
