Dr David Kelly's post-mortem results CAN be seen by doctors, Lord Hutton rules

dailymail.co.uk

Details of the post-mortem examination into former Government weapons inspector David Kelly may be viewed by doctors seeking an inquest into his death, Lord Hutton said today.

Lord Hutton confirmed he had requested a 70-year gagging order on the material at the conclusion of his inquiry into Dr Kelly's death.

But today he said the purpose of the secrecy order was to avoid the publication of information that might cause distress to Dr Kelly's wife and daughters, and there was no reason why the material should not be shown to the doctors and their legal advisers.

Well this is a turn around for the books.

Seems these days we are having more and more stories from sources like this that start off being shocking and controversial that then change to reflect a more realistic scenario.

Just like the raising of the terror threat level in the UK that starts out as news but with no reason for the action and then a day or two later we are told through the same sources that it was because of Hilary Clinton's visit to London.

Anything to get us interested and talking eh? Maybe they need time to "make something up" while they TRY to scare people and pi** them off.

I wonder how much of the information will actually get as far as the public eye or whether this will only be given to the doctors and their legal advisors in question (handlers) on strict conditions of secrecy?

We'll see.
