it Was my family in need of medical attention; my daughter if fact, with a Badly wounded knee in Prague.
No cash up front - no treatment and she was there with a visa.

Americans are sick (literely) of supporting people here Illegaly from other countries (obviously mostly mexico) at the cost of and to their own families.
America is having a hard enough time without paying the way for people who choose to sneak across our border, demand citizen rights while disrespecting us with every chance they get. It is not right.

First of all, it is not need for illegal immigrants coming from Mexico to be here in the US at all.

This is why, Mexico is a rich country, they are number two seller of oil to the US, number one is Canada and number three is Saudi Arabia, what happen with all the money from oil revenues? well Mexico has a corrupted type of government that the US support for oil, the people in the upper classes are the lucky ones, if you live in a big city you get free health care, (Americans love to go to Mexico for treatment because is inexpensive), so then why they come across the border to the US, because in America you can get government assistance and have every child born in the US as American citizens with all the benefits financially attached to it

In a free market economy, businesses are FREE to pay whatever they deem someone is worth.

What is a living wage? Should someone with a no skill burger flipping job make 10 bucks an hour? Of course they shouldnt.

How about a toilet scrubber? How much should they make?

There are reasons why people who work with their brains instead of their backs make more money.

Government has no power to dictate wages, yet it seems like thats exactly what you want them to do.

Actually no that's not at all what I want them to do, but how about making necessities more affordable, capping the cost of living we'll call it, By these things I mean food, clothing and housing so even the very lowest in the economic ladder could actually afford to have those things? A sustainable wage then certainly could be minimum wage. Maybe they won't have the biggest house or the biggest property, Real Estate agents would surley make more money as more people would be buying, And honestly I believe mortgaging and credit should be done away with, if you can't afford to pay cash up front then you get something that you CAN afford... Certainly banks would cry foul play, boo hoo...they suck anyway!
And stop giving the damn mexicans our tax we busted our A** for, none of them are paying into social security, none of them pay taxes...get rid of them. Then everybody that is already a citizen can find work no matter what it is. That's what I think should be done. Also, since all citizens have a right to be healthy, cap costs of healthcare and providers! DUH!

Maybe not a house, maybe an apartment. IDK, there are plenty of condos and apartments. And then also building smaller dwellings would initiate more of a work force(more carpenters needed). Why is there land owned by the government that can't even be sold? A lot of relocation would probably have to happen, But why should an apartment with one bedroom cost 75-100,000 in some places they are, and that's what is caused by greed. Or they can even buy land for like $30,000 than they can build their own place to their own specifications, which most of them could afford if they had the know how and saved up. I have seen a burger flipper pay off much more than that.I got my place for ten thousand dollars, it can be done, if people aren't picky about what they deem the American dream. Of course with credit mongers and high finance charges, it can be done now, making it easier, makes more sense to me. How about those that would choose to live without electricity, or self sustaining electricity like wind and solar or water etc. some of us would, that would be one less expense making it easier to save money, however they don't make it easy for you to NOT buy into the utilities. WHY do you think that is? They want people to depend on them (The government) If not, they would let people be more independant. This country does not like independant thinkers...that's the truth of the matter, they want us all to want this and want that and be slaves to them to live a lifestyle some of us would be happy without. I wanted to add and that 2 million dollars we have given to the illegals every month for dialysis, could be better spent in putting it back into our citizens hands S*** who wouldn't be happy if that was given to corporations instead so they could pay higher wages?

Also thought I'd add even without the brainwashing some people are going to want to live above their means, but if it is impossible for them to, then nobody can extort them either. Forced business ethics, maybe... but sometimes you have to force stupidity out of people.

HERE IS AN EASY FIX TO THE ONGOING DEBATE AND MUD SLINGING OVER THE HEALTH CARE FOR ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS !

Take those MILLIONS upon MILLIONS of dollars we are loosing every month in all states of the union....

BUY the dang medical equipment and put it and the immigrants on a plane home with it!

(Maybe even send a medical information team to teach them how to use it? Good idea yes? )

And YES it would be about 20-30% of the cost we are NOW spending on taking care of them in house.... it is a win win..

Now perhaps instead of arguing over how and why the system is so broke and screwing everyone who is a "citizen". We could figure out a more "sane" way of getting these people the help they need in their own country! We have the equipment and the factories to produce it. SO USE THEM!

Count up the millions upon million we spend nation wide to help illegal immigrants and compare it to the cost of buying the equipment and sending them home with it. You will see that it is far far less expensive, anger provoking, nerve racking and down right dividing!

WORK TOGETHER TO FIND THE CURE AND NOT SIT AROUND MOANING AND GROANING ABOUT IT. ALL THAT DOES IS PROLONG THE INEVITABLE...THE CRASH OF OUR HEALTH CARE SYSTEM AS WE KNOW IT

We don't just need health care reform in this country we need to set boundaries!

And don't bother telling me I have no right to come up with an idea like this. I have been severely ill since the beginning of 2008. I have lost most all of my memory capacity and IQ to boot over constant seizures. Seizures that have caused Major nerve damage that may not ever heal!
I have been constantly put on the back burner because some other "person of non national status" was in line before me.
It has come to me having to be taken into one of the most highly regarded medical care facilities in California on Feb 16. I get to stay for a week find out what was put off to treat others and then when they are done with that I get to have surgery on my right leg and foot to fix what was also put off. This effectively putting me off my feet for a minimum of 3 MONTHS. NOT TO MENTION THE REMOVAL OF TUMORS THAT WHERE DEEMED NON CANCEROUS WITH NO TESTS. (They where to busy..yes you guessed it)
I have been home bound off and on for over ten years because of those "in line" getting care before me because the states grant base pays much faster than my lovely health care.

My hell has been going on for years and is about to get a lot worse. Save your selves the agony stop fighting and come up with some answers!

It isnt greed that forced apartments to be that expensive, its called the market. Ever heard of supply and demand? A limited number of available apartments causes the price to go up. Not greed.

Burger flipper isnt meant to be a full time career, its an entry level position. As in "Teenagers start out flipping burgers while they still live with their parents and dont have the financial responsibilities of an adult" type entry level position.

A better question regarding government owned land would be this: Where does the government get the Constitutional authority to own land?

Not why cant that land be sold?
