US accused of 'mismanagement' of Iraq police contract

Poor management of $2.5bn contract for training Iraqi police left US funds vulnerable to waste and fraud, says watchdog

Stuart Bowen, the special inspector general for Iraq reconstruction, strongly criticised both the state department and DynCorp International, the firm that won the $2.5bn (£1.5bn) contract in 2004 – the largest awarded by the state department.

Members of Congress said the latest findings cast doubt on DynCorp's ability to handle similar contracts in Afghanistan.

Looks like the whole "training foreign police" to deal with terroists is just a front of large amount of funds getting lost somewhere somehow.

DynCorp, the next blackwater.
These private contractors are nothing but a cancer, you'd think honestly it would be okay to use private contractors but it just doesn't seem to work out that way.

DynCorp, they trafficked in under-age sex slaves in Bosnia

Also poisoning rural farmers in Ecuador with its aerial spraying of Colombian coca crops

They also own the patent of harvesting methods for the H1N1 vaccine.

But anyhow, Govt. just cannot handle training foreign forces, it just doesn't work and will never either.

Getting out of these countries is the ONLY method of sanity!
