I think that the technology that Eastlund was encouraged to develop, is alot like the invention of the Boat.

There are many kinds of boats traveling the oceans and most are not sent out to destroy things, but the potential is obviously there for mis-use of this technology.

Since `nothing is as it seems' with government projects, I can only imagine what they are really interested in using this Lensing technology for?

Maybe they just want to help cleanse this poor planet of its current infestation?

There are a ton of websites out there that discuss HAARP, including the University of Alaska's web page. What's interesting is to read between the lines of the public information and glean what is not being said.

I believe they are interested (the HAARP developers) in perpetuating the disinformation about HAARP being a "Death Ray". This is like saying..."Hey we just developed a new hand gun that is .39 caliber! It will replace the .38 caliber guns!! Whoohoo".

Take a close look at what this Lensing technology does for C3. It will give you a clue about what they may be looking to use or maybe already do use a variant of HAARP for!

What else could be pushed along this H.F. engergy beam?
