The Archangel Gabriel, Father of Jesus?

I was doing some research on Mary and the birth of Jesus.
A friend of mine told me that Gabriel was the angel who impregnated her! I know an angel impregnated her but not wich one. It doesn't sound hard to belive, but I wanted to know your opinions on it..

For what I know she sure was pregnat, who the father was? well that is a controversy.

How do you KNOW an angel got her pregnant? I thought it was an immaculate conception, thus the miracle of his birth.

As far as Jesus goes, he was, is, and will always be. Therefore, he simply came to this earth in a human fashion, but existed before that.

Mary was "impregnated" by the Holy Spirit, and it was not a sexual act, but rather the will of God. Through Him, all things are possible, why not an immaculate conception? Having sex with an angel would still take your virginity, I would imagine, assuming they have reproductive organs and compatable...juices. But then, why would they? We can't impregnate dogs, or even monkeys.

And here's exactly what the Bible has to say.


Luke 1:26-37
In the sixth month, the angel Gabriel was sent from God to a town of Galilee called Nazareth, to a virgin betrothed to a man named Joseph, of the house of David, and the virgin's name was Mary. And coming to her, he said, "Hail, favored one! The Lord is with you." But she was greatly troubled at what was said and pondered what sort of greeting this might be. Then the angel said to her, "Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. Behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall name him Jesus. He will be great and will be called Son of the Most High, and the Lord God will give him the throne of David his father, and he will rule over the house of Jacob forever, and of his kingdom there will be no end." But Mary said to the angel, "How can this be, since I have no relations with a man?" And the angel said to her in reply, "The holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. Therefore the child to be born will be called holy, the Son of God. And behold, Elizabeth, your relative, has also conceived a son in her old age, and this is the sixth month for her who was called barren; for nothing will be impossible for God."


BTW, The Immaculate Conception has nothing to do with the birth of Jesus, but rather, it is dogmatic Church teaching on Mary. The Immaculate Conception is the teaching that Mary was not born with the stain of original sin as we were.

It's true, damn it. I've run numerous tests on my friend John and a lovely Orangutan known around here as Ruby, and every one has come back negative.

We did, however, discover the seeming aphrodsiac effects of digested banana matter; tests are still out on whether it was th aphrodesiac, or the threat of being bludgeoned to death by a creature that consists of a rubber sack and four hundred pounds of fast-reflex muscle, that woke John's abused libido.

Never before in the world has bananna-flavored latex been bought wholesale, and, if the Good Lord wills it, never will it be again.

Does anybody was present when she was impregnated, no? then no body can tell the true it is, and it always be nothing more and nothing else but a beautiful story and a myth. And christianity was build on myths. But what can I say we may our childrens believe in santa, the easter bunny and the tooth fairy so adults have to believe on something too and because we are all siners of the flesh we had to create something pure, so jesus was born without sex, because sex rules this world. What a pity.!!!!!

Good article, who knows may be is posible. I always said that we were and inferior race in earth tampered with by another race and occurs the female of the speice will be the one to be impregnated, and that is how the human race was born. Maybe the Jesus birth myth of a virgin woman is part of the original story. I beilieve anything can be posible in life.

I contend that an 'Angel' implanted a fertilized egg in Mary..... the egg came from her in an earlier 'lost time' episode with an alien encounter

what fertilized the egg was the male semen that was collected from the long before King David back around 500BCE..
the sample was taken during one of his prophetic dream states during a regular alien encounter/visitation ....

(these visitations were termed Biblical Angels)

thus keeping the lineage of Jesus a direct one from Mary & David to the baby called Emmanuel (~god among us~)

the House-of-David thus was to reign until the 2nd coming (return) even during the 2,000 year vacancy imposed upon humanity because the Tribe of Judah rejected the Messiah


I can't say for sure if the 'seed-of-David' was frozen for preservation in actual sequential-time or collected in a time-travel episode...for the purpose to fertilise the Egg of Mary in the in-vitro process and then implanted by the Angel at the 'Immaculate Conception' miracle

No clue what Bible he's reading, but apparently he's never read:

Matthew 1:18 - "Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Spirit."

Holy Spirit, not Gabriel the angel. Gabriel isn't the Holy Spirit.

i think they only talked
