UFOs and Their Sighting Places (+ what the secrets mean)

There have been many true UFO sightings in major secret government operation areas around the globe. There was Area 51, Area 39, ones in the former USSR, and other sightings. The most recent major one is in Utah. It has been heard that cockroaches flying in large swarms through electrical fields can cause glowing somehow.
Does anyone know about the Hill Airforce Base in Utah where the sightings have been? Aparently in somewhere for missile testing in a secret area-51 form is the government's cover-up. I know if area 39 and Area 51. I also heard of an Area 64. Any guesses or knowledge on these?
