Uh, that graph was clearly a joke. It shows "UFO Sightings" as a function of "Price of Oil," which makes no sense given that it's a bar graph. It's just there as a random illustration.

This is obviously correct and OP is obviously wrong. Seriously? This forum is embarrassing.

Threads like this serve as an example to remind the minority of us why this subject is laughable and a total joke in the mainstream. With the level of ignorance of the simplest things, the inability to use common sense, and the overwhelming desire of many to believe at all costs...well, this subject will remain in it's current state until many serious problems are corrected.
