Here is a framecap of the raw DAC footage I used in that video, showing that first object and it's shadow on the lunar surface. Below that is the very next frame, showing the scene after the object is out of the FOV, so you can do the comparative analysis for yourself. That particular bit of DAC footage is from the Apollo 10 mission, taken from the long-lens Earthrise sequence (film magazine serial# 1093-D). I dont know if NASA has an online link where you can download their HD DAC footage yet or not, so I can't help you there unfortunately.

Yes that's a boomerang alright,now think what is a boomerang doing in space there's certainly no air up there to support it, makes no reason to spin and if there are occupants on board they would all be stuck at each end of the boomerang .

Check that speed and it's suppose to be in space.
The speed of the boomerang indicates it needs its spin to stay in the AIR.

Nothing will spin like that in space unless it has been Forced.

If it does not look right it isn't right,right.
I feel LunaCognita's objectives are to make video's only foremost.
So take this stuff as entertainment.

In any case, your feelings are of little relevance. His research is sound and his presentations are well-produced.

Anyhow, the comment about the fires was made during Apollo 8 while it orbited the moon - so the comment really was made. Alas.

Any thoughts on the boomerang. There's a possibility the footage is from Martyn Stubbs's archives which will confirm the sources credibility.

G'day fooks I looked again and the action of the object looks the same as something like a skipping rope with heavy ends when it is thrown (whip lash effect).

the confusion was from Zelong because he couldn't find that Apollo 8 quote in the Apollo 11 transcript !

sorry bro but you haven't debunked a dam thing !

just because LunaCognita used an archived copy of the Apollo 11 transcript that doesn't have the "classification change" stamp on it, DOESN'T mean the contents of the document is any different than the one online !


i suggest YOU are the one who needs to do more research BEFORE posting your proclamations and stupid statements like "LunaCognita is only interested in making videos" and maybe then you might be able to save yourself from any further embarrassment.

nobody is talking about that footage from Apollo 7 at the 1:55mark which shows a object on a curved trajectory and it looks like it has a tail of somekind !

I don't think it is either at "fast mover", a UFO or a bonfire... This kind of flashes and image artifacts are rather common in the 15 mm DAC films, and you can also see flashes wich clearly does NOT come from the surface on the moon.

These are screenshots of 16 mm DAC film from the Apollo 12 mission, this one, and the flashes follow each other rapidly within a couple of seconds, at 35:49 - 35.50:

The first flash, it lookes very much like the flash in LunaCognita's video:


Next flash, now a blue one, not on the moon's surface either:


Third flash, a pink one, still not from the moon's surface:


Fourth flash, now two of them, one of them is still clearly not coming from the moon's surface:


These are image artifacts, not solid objects or bonfires or alien vehicles. Unless there were small, flashing UFOs flying around inside the Apollo spacecrafts too, of course.
