Is this new Comet related to the one that occurred around 2010-06-01? I have heard they travel in pairs

If they travel in pairs why is this one so late?

I don't know about pairs but it does look like a sun grazer.
It first appears at 00:18.

Someone named Bo Zhou reported it earlier.
