Strange Object In The Sky Very Weird

There's nothing about the videp tha looks real. The object in the sky looks fake, possibly CG or a reflection on a window. The strange ebbing camera motion seems intentional and the the fact that there is no reaction at all from the people on the streets below tells me all that I need to know.
