Bank of England Governor Mervyn King calls for merger of G20 and IMF

www.telegraph.co.u k

Mervyn King said that unless politicians act to create an international body with the authority to reform the monetary system, the world would be consigned to another crisis in a matter of years. He warned that although much attention was being paid to efforts to overhaul the financial sector, in the meantime the global economic imbalances which fuelled the crisis were worsening.

First Post, so hello ATS! Thought this might be of interest to fellow members here.

What to make of this then?

Sounds to me like a threat to politicians to conform to TPTB agenda of centralised financial control.

Note that Mervyn King is the Govenor, ahem puppet for the BoE and we all know who created the BoE.

Thoughts most welcome...

I can't tell if that last post is sarcastic knowledgeseeker5? Please feel free to elaborate.

To state my case i will quote a comment from the website,

"As usual, we will be told we need more centralisation of decision-making in order to achieve more stability and prosperity, flying in the face of an economic history that points very much the other way."

That's about the height of it. The elite created the crash as they do, and as sure as there is a 'lie' in Elite there has and will continue to be these 'crashes' until we are all working off a fully controlled financial instrument. Then they will have the perfect financial system and we are completely Fecked! Est 20years!
