An honest inquiry, What do YOU hate about America?

I love America.

I hate the many Americans dont love our country enough to;

1) Really take the time to understand politics and who is funding our politicians. BOTH parties.

2) Stop turning our Constitution into kitty litter just because they are afraid of something. You are going to die someday, from something. Get used to it, and man and woman up and stop being so willing to toss liberty for security.

3) Vote.


I think America is still a great country. And I wish I could blame everything wrong with it on corporations, or the Illuminati, or Satan. But the problem with America is us. We the People. Because we dont make it a point to do the above. "They" couldnt be doing it to "us" if we werent passively letting it happen because we are too lazy to inform ourselves, take some risks, and exercise our right to vote.

One thing and one thing only. I Hate how America was so easily sold.

A list of grievances-They; reference to the US Federal Government and the Banking/Corporate/Elite control infrastructure of varying governments and countries

They have abandoned the Constitutional rule of law-

• The congress has written and are writing legislation that supersedes and abrogates the Constitution
• They have instituted agencies that are unconstitutional in nature
• They have courts that regularly write new law by decree alone
• The executive branch regularly writes legislation and decrees
• The executive branch writes unconstitutional law
• They have instituted statutes that willfully and surreptitiously evade the true meaning of the Constitution

They have instituted a taxation system that is unfair and spurious in nature-

• Sales taxes that are unfair and detrimental to specific groups of people and products
• Income taxes that were instituted as a temporary measure have become permanent
• Income taxes that are detrimental to the majority of people and that are not instituted in a fair and reasonable nature
• Socialist taxes have been instituted to control the very lives they were instituted to “supposedly” help and have willfully spent these funds for whatever they chose
• Taxes across the board have come to a point that if you add them all up, for the average American household, would be an effective tax rate of 50%-75%
• They have instituted a debt that can only be said to enslave every man, woman and child in perpetuity
• They have disallowed our rights of trial by jury, for the income tax system

They have created a standing army that the likes of which, mankind has never seen-

• This army which is supposed to be for the protection of the US, in fact has become a global police force for the main purpose of enforcing EMPIRE
• This army has become so all encompassing of the world, that its very existence has eliminated our very sovereignty as a nation and the sovereignty of other nations
• This standing army was never meant to exist in the Constitutional mandate of the United States of America
• This army could be considered the control apparatus extension, of an elite class of people, to institute the very tyranny that our forefathers warned us of

They have instituted a fiat money supply and a Private Banking system that is unconstitutional in nature

• The Federal Reserve was instituted illegally
• The removal of gold and silver as the base for our money was instituted illegally
• The control of our money by an illegal institution has brought us to our very knees
• The control of the fiat money has been used to control and destroy sovereign nations around the world
• The institution of this system has in effect, eliminated the basic governance by “we the people”

They have placed treaties and organizations above and beyond our own governance

• We are supposed to be a sovereign country
• They have put the betterment of other peoples and countries above our own welfare
• They are attempting to institute a larger global governance above the Constitutional mandated system that MILLIONS have fought and died for
• They have instituted economic treaties to the detriment of our own people
• They have signed treaties that are in direct violation of our own Constitution
• They have initiated treaties that will eliminate our sovereignty to the furtherance of a Global Governing body
• They have joined an organization, that regularly has invaded and intervenes in the sovereignty of foreign nations
• They have signed foreign treaties with foreign countries, that have intertwined us in a battle that has existed for 1000’s of years and does not look like it will ever be solved

They have instituted measures to control and spy on everyone unconstitutionally

• They have instituted measures to divide the people
• They have instituted measures to restrict rights
• They have instituted measures to spy on citizens and people around the world
• They have instituted measures to be able to imprison anyone that goes against their measures of control
• They have committed acts of aggression against people and governments throughout the world, both to institute their ideals on and for their own purposes

They have by manipulation of courts and legislation, allowed a hegemony of elite people and organizations to be above the law

• They have instituted laws and procedures that they themselves do not have to follow
• They have turned blind eyes toward corruption in their very ranks
• They have allowed usurpation of rights and duties that they themselves are required to maintain
• They have willfully neglected to enforce laws, that would have negated the very tyranny that is rampant in this day and age

I don't see you as a coward. The fact that you post your views on this forum shows you have courage.

I'm still waiting for you to expand on the items in your earlier post.

The more you explain your position the more understanding you will create.

I wish that more americans would travel the world for pleasure and not as members of the military, navy, air force and special services.

I know you have a beautiful country, but the world is a big place and it also has it's fair share of beauty.

Come and see for yourself, but please don't just come and announce to us you have a bigger, better, faster, taller, longer, or more expensive whatever. It does you no favours and just annoys the crap out of the natives.

I like your muscle cars though. Bring me one when you come.

I understand where you're coming from. I avoid religion bashing threads for the same reasons.

Maybe after you've had time to cool down and think, you'll feel better.

Don't downgrade your abilities. I'm sure if you take the time to put down your thoughts on MS Word before you post, you'll find that you can be much more eloquent than you ever thought.

Typing and posting is much to easy on this forum and I'm sure we have all posted some dumb stuff we regretted later.(I've done that plenty of times) By typing out your thoughts on Word, you get to read before you post and often find better ways to express yourself.

The spellcheck doesn't hurt either...

I believe that a people have the right to any form of government which makes those people happy. If that be socialism, theocracy or even, (heaven forbid!) a tyranny ruled by Saddam Hussein, America has no business telling them otherwise.

So the Iraqis WANTED rape rooms and acid baths? The Iraqi Olympic Soccer team WANTED torture when they lose? The Kuwaitis did not WANT invaded but they had to take it because the Iraqis WANTED that government? The Soviets WANTED 30 million killed by Stalin? The Cambodians WANTED Pol Pot?

OR better yet...what pct of people justifies tyrrany? 50% plus 1?

You are amazing. In one bizzare post you say that the tyrrany of the majority justifies governmental actions sooooo when does it stop...

1. Kill gays?
2. Kill Christians?
3. Imprison women who have premarital sex?
4. Forced female circumcision?

The people say it is ok so the US should stay out?

I'm actually trying to encourage him to contribute to this thread.

I don't believe I've said anything negative about Poly C in this thread and I've supported him against someone who attacked him.

The opinion of posters like him are exactly what I want from this thread. I want to understand why they dislike the US so strongly.

I want to open a discussion to better understand their position.


Edit to add: The spellcheck comment was not implying anything about Poly C. I haven't noticed any spelling errors in his posts to date. If anything I'm the guilty party on spelling. Seems I can't make a post without having to edit for spellin...

I dislike the fact that America always pokes its nose in other countries personal internal business trying to come off as their savior, when in fact, if those countries didn't have some kind of mineral wealth or are of importance as an ally in trading or war, they wouldn't even bother acknowledging their existence.

You have a good point. Some people have tyranny thrust upon them.

The point I am trying to make is that the US has no business appointing itself the worlds policeman.

As for Iraq, during Saddams reign, his people co-existed peacfully. There was no sectarian violence and women had more rights than in any other country in the reigon.

Today, the people of Iraq must sleep with one eye open for fear of someone killing them or their family in their sleep. Perhaps Saddam's tyranny was the only way to ensure peace over a lawless people?

Just because the MSM and W say he was a monster doesn't make it so.

American intervention in Iraq has made that country a living hell. Do you really think the people of Iraq are better off now?

Intervention always has unintended consequences. Oftentimes deadly...

I really dislike people that live here, get all the advantages, a decent life, and then bitch and whine and cry about how awful it is.

Not America as such, just their Gov and their Facist ways and the blind folds that they used to place on their people. (Whom seem to be waking up somewhat).
Still waiting to see what real difference Obama is going to make.

Issue:
I hate the ability of our government to act with or without the consent of the people.

Solution:
I say we vote. Set aside 1 television channel per state.(free Channel of course) Let the people watch the debates, townhall meetings. etc. Let the people text/call in votes(just like american idol.) You get the basic idea.

We need the people to be more involved period. Lets take some of that burden off of their shoulders.

How our democracy has become... well whatever you want to call it nowadays. And how we wage unneeded and much unwanted war. How we spend countless amounts of money on things that should totally just be dropped, look at the millions they spend on making new football/baseball stadiums for example here in Philly. The schools could use the money much, much more.

I really don't even want to get started with this topic, it just pisses me off
