I don't have time to search to see if this has already been addressed because I've been having issues with it for too long now, so please. Can I get a little step by step on how to upload a image as my avatar from an iPhone, size it properly, and also upload an image as my avatar background/border thing? Pleeeeease I'm so tired of this lol

I can't find "members tools" up above instructions wise.Obviously i already have an avatar on my profile.I haven't been,to this website,in a couple years.As easy as it may seem to change a profile photo,it's not,for me.Too much bouncing around and clicking here and there.I don't even remember how I did it in the first place 2 years ago.Any,or all,help is grateful.
