Gaspar Llamazares, 52, a member of Spain's communist party and the former leader of the United Left coalition in parliament, said his forehead, hair and jaw-line had been "cut and pasted" from an old campaign photograph.

The FBI claimed to have used "cutting edge" technology to reproduce new images of 18 of the most wanted terrorist suspects for the State Department's Rewards for Justice website.

It's just a matter of understanding the local dialect.

When the FBI say "cutting edge technology", they really mean, "cut and paste technology".

They have developed the technique of cut and paste, (in government funded organisations the wheel must eternally be reinvented, with new models varying from triangular to octagonal,) in reaction to the public hilarity which ensued from their release of confession videos of a fake Bin Laden.

They would have copy/pasted from the real Bin Laden, but no-one thought to mummify his body all those years ago.

absolutely agree, you see they love all these conspiracies and they love it when people think aliens are giving them technology.

id say 90% of conspiracy theory's are created by governments.
