Odd flu shot announcement.Do you find this strange?

This is the sign in my town.It advertises many things but I noticed the swine flu shot ad and it seemed weird.I know its not the best vid it's my first youtube vid and it's hard to make out but it starts out with a nurse(weird looking)with a bandage over her eyes the it comes off she winks quickly with her left eye and then it say's flu shots.
Do you find that weird?
Why the wink?
Why does the nurse look like so weird?

I think it's just bad art, and brain dead sheeple peddling snake oil in support of global taxation through vaccination.

But why the wink?It just seems so odd.

I didn't see a wink, then again it could have just been video quality. It does look creepy, but you can probably chalk it down to low budget/poor design.
