We are all required to take the entirety of Pharmacy school curricula in 8 months. Our standardized board/certification exams are about 50% pharmacological kinetics and interaction questions. Additionally, the average student entering medical school now has a masters, typically in public health or a biological science.

You need to read up on what medical doctors actually are and do, it seems. Fifty years ago, your assumptions would have probably been right. However, the medical education system was revamped in the 1960s. Most doctors now are very knowledgable on drugs and alternative therapies, both prescription and homeopathic. We're required to offer alternative treatments with any plan we prescribe a patient, and are also required to divulge any conflicts of interest (paid to speak for a company, sponsored by a company, etc.) in our physician profiles every year, which are publically available on the internet in most instances. Hiding a conflict of interest can result is loss of your license and being, basically, unhireable.

I have observed western medicine from very close range for many years...
...and although I am in forced retirement due to traumatic injury I am still in contact with doctors.

Perhaps there is a reason for my attitiude...an example.

I have been communicating with one gentleman a retired specialist physician whose wife was diagnosed with cancer about two years ago...
...they went the medical route of Chemo and radiation but has now been wriiten off as untreatable...
...and sent home to die.

I was associated with Oncology while with Pharma...
...was up to date with the literature...
...and I know they had nothing but promises and short term solutions for most neoplasms...
...and will call a breakthrough when extending life by just six months.

He heard through a colleague that I had won the battle with my partners 'medically incurable' cancer and contacted me...
...he did not want my advise but just someone to talk it through with...
...because of my background in the industry...
...and because I have spent five years full time reveiwing medical and alternative approaches.

He was already following Tullio Simoncini's protocols and wanted to place a line to a strategic artery but none of his associates who he had known for years would risk their precious reputations by helping this extraodinary man help his wife...
...even though their protocols had failed...
...even though he would sign legal documents to absolve them of any responsibility.

Can you understand his frustration?

When I posted on this tread re treating psoriasis as a fungus...
...and treating it with iodine and/or BiCarb...
...I was not speaking from theory but clinical observation...
...and I am totally aware that it goes against present medical wisdom and protocol...
...BUT IT WORKS.

I also don't buy into the 'autoimmune' hypothesis for common conditions like this...
...I think it often just a mystical way of saying 'we don't have a clue'...
...it is common medical wisdom that MS is an 'autoimmune condition'...
...but then you get this news recently...

Possible Multiple Sclerosis Breakthrough

The Globe and Mail reports: Using ultrasound to examine the vessels leading in and out of the brain, Dr. Zamboni made a startling find: In more than 90 per cent of people with multiple sclerosis, including his spouse, the veins draining blood from the brain were malformed or blocked. In people without MS, they were not."

Internal medicine rockstar you may be but please keep an open mind...
...stuff changes and I have seen good solutions blocked by old protocols and paradigms.

Of course extending lifespan is a breakthrough. In the last decade, we have gone from about a 20% 5-year survival prognosis for breast cancer to a 98% 5-year survival prognosis. I worked in cancer genetics for five years prior to medical school, and what I learned there was that a cure for cancer just isn't feasible at this point. Every cancer is different. In fact, within each cancer, there are heterogenous populations, making even a genetic therapy difficult, as half the tumour may be caused by one oncogene, while the other half is caused by a radically different oncogene, making treatment difficult at best.

More likely, those doctors didn't want to lose their licenses for going through with a medically unsound and unproven treatment. If someone approached me with a "cure" and asked me to do it, with little to no scientific study behind the "cure", I would refuse, absolutely. If you came to me with a radical new treatment that had peer-reviewed science behind it, I would jump on it in a heartbeat if it meant saving patients.

When I posted on this tread re treating psoriasis as a fungus...

Psoriasis is not a fungus. I have seen many, many histological slides from psoriasis patients during my dermatology rotation back in school. No where was there any sign of fungus. In fact, the only time I DID see fungus was when a patient managed to contract a secondary fungal infection in a skin crevice caused by psoriasis, and this was only one patient out of the three dozen or so I saw on the rotation.

It doesn't go against medical wisdom, it goes against the laws of physics and basic biochemistry.

It's considered autoimmune because we have histological and pathologial evidence of self-triggering antibodies for connective tissue in psoriasis patients. Also, psoriasis is heritable, suggesting a genetic factor, which many autoimmune disorders demonstrate. There's no mysticism about it, just plain, basic science and logic.

You don't think an autoimmune disorder could cause malformation of the cerebral veins? I think that sounds perfectly reasonable.

I would suggest YOU keep an open mind, as well. You seem just as biased as you suggest I am, that is, you are unable to accept anything that the medical establishment says, regardless of the nature or variety of research to support it.

zink iodine magnezium and vitamines,

then stop eating/drinking yeast products
then stop eating/drinking sweet corn products
then stop eating/drinking products that contain eggs

then you switch to fish, nuts and roots and keep that diet for atleast 9 weeks
after that time your liver would be fully regenerated (new) and you can keep track of what causes the "rash"

if above fails then its probobly just stress or scabies
hehe

Good luck with Colloidal Silver, I know a lot of people who have had great success with it. Are you using MesoSilver? It's important to use a safe and all natural product. I look forward to following your progress and I thought you might want to check this webiste out www.colloidsforlife.com... it can provide a lot of information on Colloidal silver.
