What the Americans need in Iraq is...

- A home-grown Democracy loving Government
- A Leader with mass popular support across the nation
- A Leader who is famous
- A Leader who has no connections to extremist parties
- A Leader who has contempt for torture

What is the point of vilifying the journalist who threw his shoes at Bush when he is probably by a long way the best that they could hope for and probably the only man who could united the country?

Im for it, but if there's one thing that I learned here a long time ago is that Iraqis never had much in there lifetime, so they turn to a life of crime and corruption that delays the progress of the nation. As far as the reporter who I think is a very brave man should be the new Iraqi president for showing Bush just how busted Iraq has gotten thanks to his neglegence. $&F
