The Travis Walton Abduction Case

hey peoples now just want to explain im quite new to all UFO/Abduction business but reading the OP was quite a nice read. Im sorry i cant add any information on this but i wanted to ask a question on abductions.

Alot of the abduction stories ive heard are all from many years ago 60s/70s. Is there any up to date abduction stories say from the 2000s that i can research or read into as also you dont hear much about them. Can someone help and point me in the right direction. Sorry mods if ive put this reply on in totally the wrong way sorry to break up the conversation of the OP

There's a good interview with Travis Walton from the 1st of June this year. He sounds very plausible.

He said he had woken up in a bed in a strange room to find himself surrounded by strange alien beings. His description of them recalled that of classic alien “Greys”, although he described them as wearing red boiler-type suits. Walton claimed to have scared the beings off after brandishing a glass-like cylinder he found by his bedside.

Then we went for his unescorted walk through the base seeing "ships of varying sizes" before
being found by the base workers.

Since the ships are top secret I'm sure authorities briefed not to go detailing the ships and
keep to the alien technology part.

Was not aware the truck was so close to the landing ship.
We see blasts of light from stranded ships in the air quite a lot on
youtube postings and guess this is why they stay up in the air
until rescued and not go for a landing.
Also in the Crash Lundrum encounter the car became extremely hot.
Thus all would be trapped.
ED: The suspension effect seems to have caught Walton and perhaps
landed back unconscious. Perhaps why some think he was unawares
of his trip to the base.

I just watched 'Fire in the Sky', and although it isn't completely true, that movie blew my mind. I don't know what elements of the movie are exaggerated or not, but I have some good guesses. The scene where he has a flashback and remembers his ordeal in the spaceship where he's floating around and stuff, that's obviously exaggerated. The scene where he calls his buddy on the pay phone a few days later and is found naked and huddled in the corner, that's also exaggerated, he said he woke up on the side of the road in the clothes that he was picked up in, not naked.

I think since the movie shows the abduction itself and shows how they have to face the skeptics, people who have seen the movie sympathize and relate more to his abduction case compared to those who just read about the story online. After watching the movie, I believe it to be a true story, but that's obvious because that movie is biased since it's told assuming that the story was true.

After reading all of the evidence posted by skeptics, I don't think that's enough to convince me it's a hoax. The main thing that makes me believe his story is the search parties and dogs that didn't find any trace of him in the woods. However from a skeptics point of view that could be explained by him and his logger crew leaving work earlier, dropping him off at his mothers house (which she did not let them search), and returning. This way it would seem as if he was with them all along. Just an idea.

Dallis walked out on the polygraph test because he had concealed a criminal record in order to get his job and he feared the polygraph test would expose that.

In 2009 Travis Walton was on the game show "The Moment of Truth". He was asked if he was abducted by aliens in 1975 and he answered "yes" the polygraph examiner said his answer was deceptive.

I thought I would post this interview of Travis Walton. I haven't found it anywhere here on ATS but I'm poor at searching. It has a panel of 3 people who ask some pretty good questions and also some questions from the audience.









Personally I think hes telling the truth. Also I found another video of a woman that describes seeing people in a ufo that are very similar to what Travis saw.

Just to update: two of the other witnesses in the Travis Walton case -- Steve Pierce & John Goulette -- are now speaking publicly with him about it.
