A Possible Solution to Healthcare

What if our personal income tax were simply reallocated to pay for a first class universal healthcare system? If one were to check, that particular tax only ever goes "missing" on the IRS books anyway, and probably to fund some black projects our secret government runs that we're never meant to benefit from. We could all pester our congressmen! Wouldn't that be wonderful? It's almost like killing two birds with one stone.

Why don't we just abolish the unconstitutional income tax, end corruption in the government, get our economy boosted to where it used to be, and buy our own goddamn healthcare.
