In the ancient world beasteality was quite common. In Rome it was seen as a fertility rite. Many ancient civilizations thought that if your choice was having sex with a prostitute or your horse or goat, the moral choice was the horse or goat. Or all 3 if you wanted a threesome. The thing is if it were that common then why would we not see more throw backs from ancient human animal couplings. So I would conclude it would impossible to produce these hybrids naturally. Or I hope so.
