Anyone know who this is?

So does anyone know who this is or where this comes from? Its titled "the secret of how the pyramids were built but has nothing else except a site address in the info that leads to a endless amount of info I wouldnt want to wade thru. If this has been posted before please direct me to the thread and close this.
