I realize some people consider that the web will one day not be free, and that it will be censored. If so, it won't get any cooperation from internet giant Google. And, if so, I don't believe it will ever happen.

googleblog.blogspot.com...

Google "New Approach to China Google Blog" if the link doesn't work.

I believe the people with the power are the ones with the money and potential to make a whole lot more. They buy their power with money and more hard work that earns money. With nice guys at Google that seem to be more on the side of what the public wants, I'm a bit relieved in what seems to be a pool of nothing else but bad news.

Google seems to be on the people's side to me, as long as they can show users of their services ads wherever they go (or fork over cash not to see them). Well, I'll take the ads if I have to.

This really I am posting so that some of you fee better that the web will not be censored. Google generates lots of tax dollars for the US government. I feel assured the government would not do anything to mess with one of its golden eggs. It seems like a ray of light / hope in these times of war and other bad news.
